Prayer Burdens for November 21, 2023

1. That all the saints would have a life of always rejoicing, unceasingly praying and giving thanks in everything

1 Thessalonians 5:16 — Always rejoice,
1 Thessalonians 5:17 — Unceasingly pray,
1 Thessalonians 5:18 — In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

2. The International Thanksgiving Blending Conference being held in Dallas, TX (and being viewed locally) this upcoming weekend; the general subject of the conference is The Enjoyment of Christ and Our Growth in Life unto Maturity

3. Thanksgiving to the Lord for our next generation and prayer for their preservation and for their being raised up by the Lord so that each one would be a “man of God…complete, fully equipped for every good work” (2 Tim. 3:17)

4. Thanksgiving to the Lord for His care for the church as our “great High Priest” (Heb. 4:14) and “the great Shepherd of the sheep” (13:20) and prayer for the church’s further going on:
a. Prayer for the saints of all ages
b. The mutual shepherding among all the saints, that not one would be overlooked
c. The strengthening of the church meetings and small group meetings this week

5. The Lord’s move in Europe:
a. Thanksgiving to the Lord for providing the funds needed to purchase meeting halls in Malaga and Barcelona, Spain; Paris, France; and Stuttgart, Germany; let us continue to pray that the Lord will provide for the remodeling of these properties
b. Students and young adults conference for German-speaking areas (December 1-3)–Many of the new ones who were contacted during the gospel trips in October will attend; let us pray that the Lord will use this conference to impart a heavenly vision to the students and young adults that they may be gained for the church life

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)
