Young Working Saints
and Young Families Conference
for the Churches in the Northeast
May 2-4, 2025

Registration has opened for the upcoming Young Working Saints and Young Families Conference for the churches in the Northeast, to be held at Camp Penuel on May 2-4, 2025. We strongly encourage the saints who will stay overnight to register as soon as possible to secure accommodation at the camp due to limited onsite housing. Please see below for the registration link and more information on the conference.

Tentative Schedule
Friday, May 2
Check-in will be open between 6:00 and 10:00 PM. There will not be dinner provided or a formal meeting on Friday evening, but we encourage arrival on Friday so that the saints can settle in, spend time together, and fellowship before the conference starts. 

Saturday, May 3
  8:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM: Session 1
12:00 PM: Lunch
  4:00 PM: Session 2
  6:00 PM: Dinner
  7:30 PM: TBD

Lord’s Day, May 4
  8:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM: Lord’s Table
11:00 AM: Session 3
12:30 PM: Lunch & Departure

Health Guidelines

If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, please rest at home and take care.


Child Care

Information regarding child care will be provided in a forthcoming email.
 
Registration Fee
Full-time: Adults $160, Young People $90, Children $80
One night stay: Adults $120, Young People $70, Children $60
Day-only: Adults $50, Young People $30, Children $20
Note: 
1. Young People are those in grades 6 through 12; Children are those grade 5 and under.
2. No fee for children under the age of 6, and families only pay for the first two children/young people.
 
Payment
Cash or check is preferred. Checks should be made to “The church in New York City.” Electronic payment is accepted via Venmo (@NYCTrainingFund) and PayPal (nyctrainingfund@gmail.com). The saints who pay electronically should be ready to present the e-payment receipt at the camp.
