We would like to announce the upcoming 2020 NYC YP Winter Retreat at Camp Penuel. The dates are February 16th-18th, this retreat is for young people from grades 6 through 12.

Departure Information
The scheduled departure time on Lord’s Day, February 16 is 2:30 PM. We want to encourage everyone to depart for the camp after the Lord’s Day meeting on February 16 from the location of his/her district meeting.
Return Information
The scheduled return time on Tuesday, February 18, is approximately 4:00 PM. All the young people should be picked up by the parents at the meeting halls. Alternative arrangements can be discussed with the serving ones.
Medical Release Form
Please fill out and sign the attached medical release form which must be turned in upon registration for every child and young person. For the young people to be fully registered, they must:
(1) Submit a filled-out and signed medical release form
(2) Submit the registration fee
(3) Fill out their name on the class or district sign-up list.
Serving ones and parents attending the conference do not need to hand in a medical release form, but everyone must sign-up on the class or district sign-up list.
