Prayer Burdens for January 14, 2025

1. That all the saints would “number our days” and redeem the time so that every day would have eternal value before the Lord

Psalm 90:12 – Teach us then to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom.

Ephesians 5:16 – Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

2. The saints in the church in Los Angeles and the community at large in the wake of the wildfires in the LA area–While direct damage to property among the saints is relatively limited, there are some who are bearing direct loss and suffering, and many more who will be subsequently impacted through loss of livelihood, health challenges, and financial burdens; let us pray for the saints and the people of LA, and stand with the church in LA for their burden for the gospel at this time

3. The citywide young people’s meeting being held this upcoming Saturday in Hall 1

4. The upcoming FTTA gospel trips–From January 23 to February 9, FTTA gospel trip teams will go out to more than 30 cities on the east coast of the United States and 18 countries in Europe to join with local saints for the preaching of the gospel of the kingdom; a total of 277 saints will participate in these trips; let us pray:
a. a. That the Lord will fully cover the travel, safety, security, border crossing, and health of all those involved
b. That the sanctifying Spirit will go before the saints to prepare the hearts of those the Lord has chosen
c. That remaining fruit will be borne in each place visited, and the Lord will add to the churches as His testimony in each of these places
d. For the teams of trainees who will be laboring in NYC, in Upstate NY and in New Jersey

5. The citywide church gathering on Lord’s Day, January 26–Let us pray for every aspect of this gathering, including the attendance of the saints, the Lord’s speaking to the church that day, and all the related practical services

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for January 7, 2025

1. That all the saints would experience Christ as their new beginning and offer to the Lord a fresh consecration for this new year, and that the Lord will take the church on in 2025

Revelation 22:13 – I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

Romans 12:1 – I exhort you therefore, brothers, through the compassions of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, well pleasing to God, which is your most reasonable service.

2. The continuation of the semiannual video training this week in NYC (review sessions) and in all the local churches all over the globe, and that the word released in the training would be a blessing to all the saints in the church and in all the churches

3. The raising up of the next generation for the church life–Thanksgiving to the Lord for blessing the church with so many children, young people, college age saints and young adults, and prayer for their preservation and for their being raised up to bear the Lord’s testimony

4. The burden for the gospel:
a. That the saints of all ages and all language groups would have the burden for the gospel and that, as a result, there will be remaining fruit for the church in 2025
b. The upcoming FTTA gospel trips beginning later this month, particularly the teams of trainees who will be laboring in NYC, in Upstate NY and in New Jersey

5. The strengthening of all the believers throughout the nation and that many seeking believers will be drawn to the church life

Prayer Burdens for December 31, 2024

1. Thanksgiving to the Lord for His faithful care for the church in NYC throughout this year and prayer for the church’s further going on in the new year

2. Thanksgiving to the Lord for the prayer of the sisters and prayer for the strengthening of the prayer of the sisters in 2s & 3s or in larger weekly groups for the saints, for the church and for the Lord’s work all over the earth

3. The continuation of the semiannual video training this week in NYC and in all the local churches all over the globe, and that the word released in the training would be a blessing to all the saints in the church and in all the churches

4. That in the new year, the gospel would be spread all over NYC through the saints personally and through the church corporately

5. The strengthening of all the believers throughout the nation and that many seeking believers will be drawn to the church life

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for December 24, 2024

1. The semiannual training being held in Anaheim this week (December 23-28) and all the local video trainings–The general subject is Experiencing, Enjoying, and Expressing Christ (2); let us pray for the Lord’s anointing on the speaking of the messages, the speaking brothers, the preparation of the hearts of the saints to receive the word, the health, travel and protection of all the saints, and the services supporting the training, particularly the audio and visual service, both in Anaheim and in all of the localities carrying out a video training

2. The health and wellbeing of all the elderly saints and the strengthening of their church life

3. The mutual shepherding of the saints of all ages through personal contact, visitation and the home meetings

4. The continued homecoming of many who have not been meeting regularly

5. The strengthening of all the meetings and practical services in all nine halls of the church in NYC this week

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for December 17, 2024

1. The upcoming semiannual training in Anaheim (December 23-28) and all the local video trainings–The general subject will be Experiencing, Enjoying, and Expressing Christ (2); let us pray for the Lord’s anointing on the speaking of the messages, the speaking brothers, the health, travel and protection of all the saints, and the services supporting the training, particularly the audio and visual service, both in Anaheim and in all of the localities carrying out a video training

2. Thanksgiving to the Lord for all the young people, college age saints and young adults–Let us pray that each one would “flee youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart” (2 Tim. 2:22) and that they may be “blameless and guileless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverted generation” and “shine as luminaries in the world” (Phil. 2:15) as they face the attack of the enemy in this dark age

3. The citywide young people’s meeting being held this upcoming Saturday in Hall 1

4. The Lord’s move in various localities throughout the earth, both in the United States and abroad:
a. That the Lord would provide the funds for the construction of the new meeting hall in Atlanta, GA
b. The need for a new meeting hall in Orlando, FL
c. The need for a new meeting hall in Ann Arbor, MI
d. The need for a meeting hall in Lisbon, Portugal

5. The strengthening of all the meetings and practical services in the church this week

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for December 10, 2024

1. The strengthening of the prayer ministry of the church and of all the prayer meetings in the church

2. The ongoing truth pursuit in the book of Hebrews and the Friday night online Bible study–That the love for the Word of God would increase daily in all the saints and that the church would have the reality of being the pillar and base of the truth (1 Tim. 3:15)

3. The burden for the gospel–That all the saints would have the burden for the gospel and seize every opportunity for the speaking of the gospel “in season and out of season” (2 Tim. 4:2)

4. The Lord’s move in the United States:
a. That the Lord would preserve this nation for the preaching of the gospel and the spread of His testimony
b. The strengthening of all the believers throughout the nation

5. The church in Atlanta:
a. That the Lord would provide the funds for the construction of the new meeting hall in Atlanta
b. For the Lord’s blessing on the visit of 25 responsible brothers from the church in Atlanta to NYC this upcoming weekend to blend with the church and have fellowship with the local responsible brothers

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)
